HELPFUL INFORMATION ON RETURNS
- In order to request a return, please select the country where the purchase was made.
1. Use our Returns Portal in this page or log into your Account and request a return in your order details page.
2. Select the items you wish to return and confirm your request to receive a prepaid shipping label. The label is also emailed to you.
3. Print the label and bring your return to the carrier's nearest pick up point or schedule a pickup, based on your previous choice.
4. When your return reaches our warehouse, all the items will pass a mandatory quality control. Once you return is granted, we will refund your order.
- Returns are free of charge.
• Every article purchased on our website can be returned within 14 days of parcel reception.
• Items must be returned new, unused, and with all labels and garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, stained, washed or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
• Customized products such as skis with mounted bindings (ski-kits) cannot be returned.
• Currently, it is not possible to return the items purchased online to a Rossignol Store. At present, we do not offer an exchange service. Only a refund is allowed.
- Some items can't be returned because they are custom products. A personalized product is a product adapted or modified in an irreversible way and in particular any product drilled and assembled according to the customer's specifications transmitted at the time of the order.
- On your return label there is a tracking number to monitor your return shipment. We suggest you to write it down, so you can check the shipment status on the carrier's portal.
- Your return may take until 5 business days to be handled by our warehouse. After that you will receive a confirmation email. The refund will be processed to the credit/debit card or account originally used for payment. Refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank.
